1. To submit your site to the Muscle Service Webring, complete theSite Submission Form.
2. Once your site has been submitted to the Webring, you will see a page containing the HTML code to cut and paste onto your site. You will also receive confirmation by email along with instructions on how to add the Muscle Service Webring information to your site.
3. After you have inserted the code and uploaded your page, send an email to the ringmasterto let me know your site is ready to be added to the Webring.
4. If after being added to the Webring you need to edit your site information, enter theSite Edit Area.
